When should I book my ticket to guarantee a seat at the event?


You must book as soon possible (asap) once the events are available to book on our website: www.anytickets.co.uk. Please check your internet connection is strong and follow the whole process patiently. Once your payments have gone through successfully, you will be able to print the e-ticket straight away.

We have made this process very simple for everyone.

When will I receive my ticket(s)?


Once your booking order is completed online, you will receive the order confirmation in an email that will have the link to print your e-ticket. E-ticket is mandatory for your entry to the event. Entry to the events are allowed only when you show your e-ticket along with the id proof.

Please check your junk folder for the email from us, sometimes it might be delivered there for some security reason/set up on your computer.

Is the ticket(s) resalable?


Sometimes, for unforeseen reason or emergency at the last minute, we understand that you might not be able to attend the event, so you may decide to sell your ticket(s). You can transfer your ticket and sell it to your friends or someone you know. Please confirm this and write to us at sales@anytickets.co.uk confirming the person attending the event.

We don’t allow cancellation or refund…so book your ticket only if you’re 100% sure of attending the event. It saves both of our time.

What id proof I need to show at the entrance of the event?


You need to bring your e-ticket. The person who have booked the ticket need to show his/her id for the id proof verification (preferable: a valid driving licence, passport or a bank card).

We may restrict your entry if you fail to do so. We have to do this to for the safety and the security reasons.

Are my details secured?


Your details are secured on our hosting server and we have applied Extended Version of security (EV SSL) on our website which is the best practice in the market till date.

So just relax and book your ticket peacefully. We have researched and applied best practices available for our business.
